The Municipal Clerk serves as secretary to the governing body and is the custodian of all minutes, ordinances, resolutions and archival records of the municipality. The Municipal Clerk’s Office issues dog licenses, social affairs permits, raffle and bingo licenses and vendor permits.
In addition, the Municipal Clerk’s office is the Chief Registrar of Voters. Our residents can obtain Voter Registration Forms, Absentee Ballot Applications and Party Affiliation Declaration Forms from the office or online at Voter Registration at NJ Elections or call toll free 1-877-NJVOTER (1-877-658-6837). You can register to vote if you meet the following requirements.
You are a United States Citizen
You will be 18 years of age by the next election
You will be a resident of the State and County 30 days before the election
You are NOT currently serving a sentence, probation or parole because of a felony conviction.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 21 DAYS BEFORE AN ELECTION
Starting January 1, 2023, Logan Township will be creating a “No Knock” Registry for door-to-door solicitors. If you are interested in being on this registry, please complete the application and return with the annual fee to the Municipal Clerk’s office. Your name and address will then be added to the “No Knock” Registry, and you will be given a “No Knock” sticker to place on or near your front door.
